Summary:
The Customer Care Advocate will work with customers to ensure that orders are processed and shipped according to agreed upon terms and conditions.
This entails paying close attention to details including order amounts, pricing and expected delivery dates.
Additionally, the Customer Care Advocate will respond to all inquiries from existing or potential customers and provide timely and accurate responses.
This role will manage orders and supplier relationship for a contract manufacturer and will support multiple internal manufacturers in the Aerospace industry.
It is critical that the Customer Care Advocate provides an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for servicing assigned customer accounts Maintain knowledge of Kymera International products and services Input orders taking into consideration pricing, delivery dates and inventory levels Place and manage Purchase Orders with contract manufacturer Process invoices for assigned accounts Call on accounts to assess customer needs and provide solutions Consult with Production Team for direction on nonstandard products and services Provide sample products to customers Review contracts to ensure appropriate pricing and all other terms/conditions are accurate Monitor open order status reports daily and address any potential issues Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Experience and Educational Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required Customer Service, Sales or related experience required Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint experience required.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or other ERP system is beneficial, Salesforce or similar CRM system experience beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, decision-making capabilities Results oriented with high level of attention to detail Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in an entrepreneurial environment Ability to work cooperatively within the team and with other department members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type:
