About the Position
The position is accountable for establishing the strategy, execution and implementation of all sales and marketing activities to support the One Hundred and Seventy million dollar ($170 Million) business consisting of titanium master alloys, titanium powders and water and gas atomized powders. The MA&P business principally serves aerospace, automotive and medical markets across the globe.
The position will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Specialty Metal Products division. Direct reports to the position are a Product Manager for Master Alloys, a Product Manager for all Powders and a Commercial Administration Manager. Regional Sales Managers are part of a centralized sales team.
The successful candidate must have prior experience as the accountable commercial leader for a BtoB metals business that serves one or more of the key MA&P markets, aerospace is a must. The role requires intimate knowledge and experience of strategic account management, pricing, establishing favorable contract terms and conditions for products with a significant raw material component that is transparent to customers and limited global end use customers. This is a role for someone who embraces the technical nature of the products and end uses. The Director must be effective talking with the highest levels of customers? commercial and technical teams.
The Director is accountable for all Go to Market strategies that are executed through the team of Regional Sales Managers to meet forecasted and budgeted revenue. They will be the subject matter expert for SMP in competitive intelligence supported with such product analytics as market share, competitor performance, commodity pricing, market trends and other market intelligence.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
