Position Overview As a Senior Manager, Pharmacy , you are responsible for managing a regional group of Pharmacies in driving growth, managing the customer relationship, providing support to include management of a team. Manage relationships with supermarket ownersand their Pharmacists to drive the overall profit for the department. Responsibilities Assist with the strategic direction of the C&S Pharmacy Network Oversee and provide autonomous leadership for Network Pharmacists Support strategic and day to day operational needs of the network pharmacies Represent the company at trade functions Solve complex problem, with the ability to analyze new information and/or perspectives, while maintaining focus on day to day operational impacts Provide Pharmacist operational support to include prescription plan management and gross profit achievement Maintain a close business relationship with C&S' Pharmaceutical Wholesaler Understand contractual obligations between C&S and Wholesaler Drive new Pharmacy membership to the network Accountable for C&S profit margins and correct processing of invoices and credits. Represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues and associated with specific projects Responsible to obey all Safety, Loss Prevention and Human Resource Standards as outlined by the Company Perform other duties as directed Qualifications BS and/or Pharm D in Pharmacy and a current and valid PA Pharmacy License Pharmacy Managers are required to attain any educational objectives established by the ACPE and the State Pharmacy Board Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions for equipment, and procedure manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence The ability to speak effectively to our customers and employees Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
